The Morado project is located within a NW-trending fault zone within a thick volcanic sequence (7000m) that is dipping east between 40° and 80°. The mineralisation present in the area corresponds to an IOCG system, manifested by the structural framework, lithology, mineralisation and alteration suites.

The distribution of surface mineralisation in conjunction with the distribution of key alteration suites, indicates that the most probable location in which to encounter IOGC mineralisation of economic characteristics is within the Calcite - Quartz - Chlorite - Biotite, K-Feld - Magnetite Zone. Observed surface copper mineralisation is also concentrated within this zone.

LAT plans to carry out an Induced Polarization survey in Q2, followed by a limited four hole drilling programme to test mineralisation at a depth of 350m.
